Job Description & Requirements Job Details:
•\tFull time need, M-F, 8-5
•\tOutpatient clinic but connected to the hospital and chemotherapy center which is the reason privileges are required.
•\tDuties included: Chemo clearance and routine follow ups, manage care, scans, keeping up with tasks/inbox, communication with team etc
•\tNo Call
•\tPatients per shift: 10-12
•\tEMR: Epic
•\tCredentialing timeframe: 30-60 days
Requirements:
•\tActive unrestricted CA License – (NEED LICENSE IN HAND IN ORDER TO SUBMIT TO JOB)
•\tActive ACLS & BLS certifications
•\tBoard Certified
•\tMUST BE ACTIVELY WORKING AS NP/PA IN ONCOLOGY
•\tMust be able to provide at least 2 supervisory references.
