Management candidate should have at least 2-3 years of salon management experience doing scheduling, training, marketing and business development functions. Candidate will be
responsible for servicing customers as well.

Responsibilities & Requirements: •Licensed in the State of MD
•Possession of good technical skills
•Willingness to follow proven processes
•Professional demeanor
•Excellent communication skills
•Able and willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
•Must have good computer skills (word and excel)
•Prior Management experience managing a group of 6+ employees
•Willing to work hard, build relationships and assist in growing customer base
•Will be responsible for providing services to customers and managing all aspects of
the business (Revenue/product goals, daily shop operations, staffing/scheduling,
education initiatives, and business development).
