****Position Summary****
This job contributes to Nestle Coffee Partners and the successful sell in of strategic initiatives by developing and managing the end-to-end omni shopper experience. This job will entail the implementation of multiple complex projects or processes that enhance the shopper experience, improve profitability, reduce costs, and streamline/coordinate operations. Models and acts in accordance with Nestle Coffee Partners guiding principles.
Summary of Key Responsibilities
* Manages multiple and complex projects for the initiative, develops and implements project plans and budgets to deliver expected results. Manages scorecard for initiative to meet or exceed expected results.
* Oversees strategy and projects at multiple customers; May be consulted on strategy work for specific customers on the initiative
* Sets direction for project and prioritizes work across numerous projects to align with initiative goals and deliver timely results
* Collaborates with partners across Category & Shopper Solutions to identify customer relevant insights and develop strategic plans that drive incremental sales for the category and the brand
* Leads sales call with customer team and develops sales materials to sell in initiative. Project leads (SPOC) across multiple customers simultaneously to manage projects, identify barriers and develop process improvements
* Leads cross-functional groups and makes decisions about project to move initiative forward.
* Responsible for vendor management and deliverables to deliver on time, within budget and in accordance with the Starbucks brand guidelines.
* Responsible for the coordination of logistics and project management support across total team.
* Responsible for internal reporting that drives KPIs for the total team.
* Responsible for understanding and adhering to brand guidelines for initiative, maintaining brands assets to guidelines
Job Scope
* Partners Indirectly Managed: 2-5 (agency partners)
* Annual Company Financial Influence: up to $10M
* Annual Managed Expenses: $2 to $5M
* May require travel up to 35% of time
Qualifications
* Project Management Experience- 3+ years required
* Vendor management experience- 3+ years required
* Sales Experience- 3+ years required
* Consumer Packaged Goods Experience- 3+ years preferred
* Category Management, Shopper Marketing or Advertising Agency Experience of at least 3+ years preferred
* Cross functional customer facing team interactions
* Strong communication, presentation skills and story-telling ability
* Creative problem solver and ability to think outside the box and see possibilities
* Inspires and influences decision making and can sell larger big idea experiences
* Skillful in connecting shopper insights to solutions
* CPG Experience on a Sales Team supporting a customer team, Category Management Experience strongly preferred, Marketing and Creative roles held previously, Technology Innovation roles
* Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent years of Military Service
